Additional monitoring services

• Bandwidth analysis: Since we have the ability to monitor both the addressing and content of network traffic, we can determine who is using bandwidth and what they are doing. This measurement can help you to address network security and productivity issues.
• Application availability and performance: we can monitor the availability and performance of your applications including internal logs and status information.  We have plug-ins for major databases, applications, and application deployment platforms that return detailed information to you, both as alerts and historical data.  Anything on your servers can be monitored!
• User Experience Testing: our monitoring system can execute saved user transactions on your site to monitor what your customers are actually experiencing!  Get regular reports and statistics of uptime and response time, as well as alerts when your site doesn't meet your preset metrics.
• Facilities supervision: we can monitor remote sensors such as temperature, flow, voltage and humidity, etc. to ensure proper operation of your plant. (May require additional hardware.)  Anything with an IP connection can be monitored.
