Pricing is listed for standard 4-server Grids.  Pricing for additional servers is calculated per server, as the base support cost plus an additional amount equal to the base cost divided by the server count.  For example, support price for the fifth server would be the base plus base divided by 5, and so on.  The multipliers for 4,5,6,7, etc. are 1, 1.2, 1.37, 1.51, 1.63, 1.75, 1.85, 1.94, etc.  Incidents beyond covered volume are charged at ENKI standard consulting rates.

Pricing is subject to change or adjustment of service levels to meet customer need.  For example, plans can be created with higher incident limits.  The idea is to provide you what you need.
