Can a server once provisioned be upgraded, more memory, more cpu, more storage?

Yes.  Servers (which we call Appliances) can be upgraded to up to 4 cores and 16GB of RAM, with even more on request.  Disk storage can be upgraded or provisioned up to 5TB, with more on request.   Allocations can also be reduced if demand requires.

How much control do I have over my servers and VPDC (Virtual Private Data Center)?

You may log in to your servers (Appliances) as root and perform any administration that you please, including restarting them.  ENKI will adjust other parameters, such as resource allocations, on request.  Some customers prefer not to log in as root and have ENKI take full responsibility for administering their Appliances.  ENKI offers this service as part of our Operations as a Service plans.

What happens if one of your physical servers fails?

Our AppLogic Cloud Operating System will restart your application on a different server automatically, usually within 5 minutes.

I don't know anything about Cloud Computing or VPDCs.  How can I run my software application in ENKI's Cloud?  

ENKI's Operations as a Service plans are designed to allow you to take advantage of Cloud Computing with no dedicated operations or administration staff, and no knowledge of Cloud Computing or system administration.   We want to be your "onramp to the Cloud."
